OneCoWork have announced their first UK location will be in Preston, after being appointed by Branco Capital to operate their coworking center at Winckley Square.

Set to launch in April 2024 after a full refurb, will have a first phase of 300 desks and 4k sqft of communal space, meeting rooms, a gym and kitchens. It's set to then expand to 500 desks.
