SimplerSpace, the suburban "sub-brand" of TailoredSpace, are opening a 50 office hub in Chino, California - covering about 13.5k sqft. This locations is their 3rd, following previous SimplerSpace launches in Calrsbad and Placentia.
CEO Drew Sanden notes that the SimplerSpace will continue a growth and differentiation strategy within suburban markets.
