Simon Baker shares news of a joint venture between Fusion 4 Ventures and PropTech Farm to set up a fund to support SE Asian, Aussie and Kiwi proptech companies.

The $US 15M fund aims to make 12-15 investments with a focus on businesses building in these areas: circular economy, construction tech, data & transactions, energy solutions, building & property management, sustainability and classifieds & listings. The last category is where I think this applies most to coworking, as regional booking aggregators look to expand out.
