🤖 Global booking app adds AI scheduling integration partner

Upflex has partnered with gospace AI to introduce autonomous office space management technology through their new offering, Unify AI. The integration will help their customers forecast and schedule the best times for employees to meet in person and where.

This is similar to the partnership Kadence has where their customers can book meetings it schedules at flex workspaces via LiquidSpace. As more companies are getting the hang of hybrid work styles and patterns, no one wants to be the person in charge of scheduling and coordinating meetings and finding workspace – no matter how easy the aggregators make it for them. This is a natural fit for applying AI to a process that involves coordinating multiple variables such as calendars, locations and space availability.

🪴 Free office plants anyone?

The team at Upflex shared their new partnership with Zauben to give workspace providers free plants (and free delivery) to help cut costs on plant maintenance and care.

This sounds like a great way for operators to order in some office greenery, so I asked the team some follow up Qs. Anyone can claim this offer, but they’re opening it up to Upflex’s network of partner spaces first. While the plants and delivery are free, a plant maintenance plan from Zauben is not – but they are confident that they can reduce your plant care costs by atleast 20%.

📱 Canadian operator partners to offer 3rd party space access

Justin Raymond and Kane Willmott share how/why iQ Offices and flexday are working together to help members of the former access 3rd party spaces through the latter.

From what I hear/see, this seems to be a similar deal to what WeWork and Upflex announced in w6/22. Excited to see this work in Canada, and beyond.
