SimplerSpace, the suburban "sub-brand" of TailoredSpace, are opening a 50 office hub in Chino, California – covering about 13.5k sqft. This locations is their 3rd, following previous SimplerSpace launches in Calrsbad and Placentia.

The firm also focusses on growing through being a service provider to landlords, as oppose to the more traditional ‘rent arbitrage’ model.
