Upflex pushed a major upgrade to their data-syncing integration with Syncaroo.

Not only have they improved the efficiency of their live-availability and booking syncing with andcards, Cobot, Nexudus, OfficeRnD and Satellite Deskworks – but they also became the first platform to implement rapid registrations with auto-populating listings via Sign Up with Syncaroo buttons.

Nexudus released a brand new update of their Passport app on both iOS and Android devices.

This new version comes with more functionality, a fully overhauled UI and better performance. Focus is put on account, teams and booking management. It’s worth noting that this update will not affect white-label versions of the app yet, but an update for those is promised soon too.

Nexudus recently released the Trends & Insights Dashboard into their Admin Panel, which includes a number of different features that leverage data and AI to help operators make informed decisions on how best to run their workspace.

This dashboard analyses a workspace’s data to provide such information as projected demand for the workspace, its desks and meeting rooms; insights on space performance and can even dynamically adjust pricing to ensure rates are always as competitive as possible.

Syncaroo announced a new integration with the workspace management system (WMS) andcards this week. What’s impressive (and I believe game-changing) about this announcement is that the entire integration process went from a discussion, through planning, into development, and being implemented into the Private Beta in just 11 days.

This adds a 5th integrated WMS into the ecosystem alongside Cobot, Nexudus, officernd, and Satellite Deskworks. But with the speed of this deployment, we could see a rapid increase in the number of management systems live-syncing inventory and bookings with aggregators, brokers, and website widgets.
