📨 Space management software rebuilds virtual mail tooling

Many in the industry had advocated for the importance of adding virtual office services to boost the bottom line of running a flexible workspace. Nexudus has announced a new virtual office module designed to help coworking operators diversify their revenue streams by allowing for easy management of virtual office services without the need of a third party virtual mail vendor. The platform enables operators to streamline the administration of business addresses, mail handling, and phone answering services without requiring physical desk space.

Pricing appears to start at around $50/month for the first 10 mailboxes. We’re keen to learn more so as to understand how they differentiate from other players in the marketplace other than being fully built into the Nexudus platform. While virtual offices are a valuable addition to any space’s offering, it’s important to fully understand the complex requirements the US Postal Service has that operators must follow to ensure compliancy.

🤖 How a platform is adding AI into supporting operating teams

Adrian Palacios, CTO and co-founder of Nexudus, shares how they leverage AI-driven solutions to improve the day-to-day operations of coworking teams. In the post (which can get a little geeky here and there), we explore how the platform is leveraging a centralized knowledge base to provide up-to-date product documentation and guides; a more powerful search technology to search across everything (resources, plans, people, contracts, etc) in one go; the introduction of NAI their AI-powered assistant; and continuous feedback loops to refine and improve responses.

In short, definitely watch as more and more AI is brought in to improve what Hector calls the "Operator Experience" (OX), which is arguably as important as the member or user experience (UX) when it comes to running a highly-efficient and burnout-resistant team.

☑️ New integration brings Nexudus events into Wordpress

When we think of coworking integrations, we often think of magical tech that connects the most complicated parts of our businesses. But sometimes, "simple" integrations are what unblock community managers the most. This week Syncaroo share that they’ve helped a few operators automate how public-facing events in Nexudus get onto their WordPress-powered marketing and sales sites.

Ground-shattering tech integration? Nope. But are there any more ‘add events onto the website’ todo list items for ANY of these teams? Nope again.
