Nexudus have introduced a new Marketing Insights Module into public beta, designed to enhance coworking space operations through advanced member analytics. The module enables space operators to personalize communication, implement targeted campaigns, and make data-driven resource allocation decisions based on member segmentation (like larger teams with more than 11 people). This new feature aims to help coworking spaces improve member retention and strengthen community engagement through more meaningful experiences.

When we think of coworking integrations, we often think of magical tech that connects the most complicated parts of our businesses. But sometimes, "simple" integrations are what unblock community managers the most. This week Syncaroo share that they’ve helped a few operators automate how public-facing events in Nexudus get onto their WordPress-powered marketing and sales sites.

Ground-shattering tech integration? Nope. But are there any more ‘add events onto the website’ todo list items for ANY of these teams? Nope again.

Gable and Nexudus announced an integration that enables two-way syncing of spaces’ inventory.

This is another in a long list of integrations Gable has rolled out this year. A benefit to their customers, they will be able to search live inventory at any workspaces run on the Nexudus platform.

The team at Spacebring have just released two new "helper" apps, for both Apple and Android devices. The first is Meeting Room Display, which is a color coded room screen to can help members quickly glance at which resources are available now or in the next hour – while also allowing for easy bookings. The second is a Reception App to facilitate guest experiences at the bottleneck that is the front-desk.

While there are a lot of standalone options for both apps, we are seeing a battle heating up for both areas of your space with new/revamped apps recently announced by OfficeRnd, Proximity and Nexudus.

You might know Nexudus as a coworking management platform, but they’ve recently rolled out a dynamic desk booking based on employees’ attendance signalling (ie if they are working from home for the day).

We continue to see more and more coworking space management platforms adding in and experimenting with a variety of features and functions to support hybrid work needs.
