The folks at Flex and the City introduce a newcomer to the space booking scene, Workabout. The pay-as-you-go platform launched with 500 UK locations from brands like Landmark, Runway East, Bruntwood, Fora, Clockwise, Spacemade and others – making workspaces searchable by specific amenities for on-demand use.

In the recent FlexWorld Series 2024 event, industry experts sat down to discuss the most important metrics to track in a coworking space. Anna Levine (Industrious), Alexandra Livesey (Clockwise) chatted with Mihail Kyosev and Miro Miroslavov (both from OfficeRnD) and discussed different KPIs they monitored on a monthly, weekly and daily cadence.

They dig into an array of metrics from data-driven budgets, to borrowing KPIs from generational cos, digging into public filings, and the different flavors of occupancy numbers.

Castleforge have announced their first office building acquisition in Germany, noting that they’re looking forward to expanding their coworking brand Clockwise into more so-called ‘secondary cities’ in Germany, and Mainland Europe.

Clockwise also announced their 4th location in Mainland Europe, with a new space opening in may in Antwerp.
